PER Pancake Breakfast
On Saturday, January 25th, the PER's held their first Pancake Breakfast at the new lodge. Forty-three members and guests enjoyed an all-you-can-eat menu featuring pancakes, bacon, pastries, fruit, orange juice, and coffee. Chef Charlie showcased his skills by making "Mickey Mouse" pancakes, while Chef Joe grilled deliciously crispy bacon. Chef Laurie prepared fresh fruit cups for everyone. A good time was had by all. The next pancake breakfast is scheduled for Saturday, February 22nd.
